Refund policy

Please contact me at orders@peterbowenart.co.uk if you have any problems with your order.
We inspect every product before packing it to ensure that it is not defective in anyway. Because these products are hand made there may be imperfections in the making process or the glaze applications. We try to minimise these defects as much as possible and do not intentionally send products that do not meet our strict code of practice.
We take extra care in packaging our hand made products to protect them in the shipping process like double wall corrugated boxes, large bubble wrapped pieces and cushioning peanuts made from biodegradable plant material.
However, breakage do happen and where this happens we will glady replace the item if you send us photos of the breakage.

Returns, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Dispatch returns back to me within:  7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
